- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement

- Payment is due at the time of order

- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States
- No minimum order required

- Oversized Items: May incur additional shipping fees, communicated before purchase
Processing Time
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays)
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) begin processing the same business day
- Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days after processing
- Total Delivery Time: 4-7 business days from order placement
- Delivery Times Are Estimates: May vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, product availability, or remote locations
Shipping Destinations
We Ship To:

We Do NOT Ship To:

- ❌ U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa)

- ❌ APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- ❌ International destinations

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location, package size, and fastest available delivery. You cannot choose a specific carrier.

- You will receive an email with tracking number, carrier name, and direct tracking link once your order ships

Delivery Issues
Delayed Packages:
- Check tracking information for updates
- Wait 2 additional business days past estimated delivery

Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received:
- Check your property, neighbors, and building management
- Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
- Contact us if still not located after 48 hours
Damaged Shipments:
- Do NOT discard packaging
- Take clear photos of damage (box, product, label)
- Contact us within 3 business days at support@exquisitesteam.com
- We will provide replacement or full refund
- Damage claims must be reported within 3 business days
Missing Items:
- Verify order confirmation and packing slip
- Contact us within 3 business days with order number
- Note: Some orders ship in multiple packages
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
- Packages returned due to address errors will incur reshipment fees
- Address changes only possible before shipment
- Refunds for returned packages subject to 15% restocking fee
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
- Carriers may experience delays during holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year's)
- We do not process orders on federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
- Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day
Insurance
- All shipments automatically insured for full order value at no additional cost
- We file insurance claims on your behalf for loss or damage
- No out-of-pocket costs for insured claims
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
- Return Window: 30 days from date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving authorization
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items or our errors)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- Please return the item for a refund and place a new order
Damaged or Defective Items

- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

- Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners
