1. Introduction
At Exquisite Steam & Spa, we are proud to offer free shipping across the continental United States on all standard orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, carriers, and delivery procedures so you know exactly what to expect.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to: All 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Note: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
- No minimum order required — free shipping applies to all qualifying products.
- Shipping charges will be clearly displayed (if applicable) prior to payment confirmation. No hidden fees.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Call for pricing prior to ordering (additional charges apply)
Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or product availability.
6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Domestic Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx
Freight Delivery: Used for large spas, tubs, or cold plunges — tracked and insured.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier details
- Direct link to track your package
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
- If delayed, contact us at support@exquisitesteam.com or (831) 534-9188.
- If marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors, front desk, or delivery service before contacting us.
8.2 Damaged Shipments
- Photograph the packaging and damage immediately.
- Notify us within 2 days of receiving the package to file a claim.
- We’ll replace or refund your item promptly based on claim review.
9. Missing Items
If something is missing from your delivery, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt. We’ll verify and send a replacement or credit as needed.
10. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery completion.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective
- Refunds processed within 7 business days of receipt

11. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect shipping addresses. Reshipments will incur an additional shipping charge.
